Maintenance Expert

As a highly skilled Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing maintenance and calibration programs to ensure the quality, safety, and uninterrupted operation of production equipment. Your expertise will be utilized to develop work instructions for operations, preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.

• Respond promptly to operational issues on the factory floor.
• Collaborate with production teams to address deviations and optimize processing cycle times.
• Support root cause investigations to facilitate timely repairs.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risk.
• Contribute to improvement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing processing cycle times.
• Ensure compliance and update records accurately.
• Adhere to strict maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Amenable to working varied shifts or as assigned by the engineer in charge.

• Educational background: Technical or Vocational Course.
• Experience: Proven experience in operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in manufacturing or industrial plants.
• Skills:
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
