About this Role

The People Associate Manager - Third Party Management and Process is a critical role within our HR function, responsible for developing and implementing effective third-party management strategies. This includes working closely with internal teams to identify areas for improvement, leveraging data analytics to drive insights, and providing expert guidance and support on third-party management best practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements effective third-party management strategies to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in third-party management processes and implements more efficient workflows and tools.
  • Leverages data analytics to drive insights and inform strategic initiatives.
  • Provides expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders on third-party management best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in third-party management, policy, and process improvements in Human Resources.
  • Familiarity with third-party industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
  • Experience with vendor relationship management and performance monitoring is highly desirable.
  • Background in FMCG or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to derive insights and help make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with predictive modeling and forecasting to anticipate trends and outcomes is a major advantage.
