• Implement effective classroom management techniques to promote critical thinking skills, strong work attitudes, and positive life values.
• Develop curricula that cater to individual learning differences and industry needs, utilizing instructional technologies and innovations to enhance student learning.
• Communicate with students continuously to ensure understanding, reinforcing learning goals and expectations throughout the lesson.
• Monitor student performance through clear and comprehensive standards, providing helpful feedback for improvement.
• Maximize instructional learning time by working with students individually or in groups, ensuring curricula implementation is complete.
• Demonstrate mastery of content and teaching skills, modeling exemplary behavior towards students and peers.
• Enforce school policies and procedures firmly, as stated in the school manual.
• Identify areas of student achievement and improvement, communicating this clearly to students and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with parents and school staff to ensure holistic student development.
• Participate actively in school activities and events, committing to professional development through in-house and third-party activities.
