About the Role:

The ideal candidate will collaborate with third-party clients to integrate their systems into the company's reporting framework, develop new features to meet business and client requirements, and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis findings.

  • The Data Supervisor will implement strategies for effective data collection and analysis to support the audit team.
  • They will oversee the generation of reports on player activity and financial performance.
  • Additionally, the candidate will evaluate and recommend new data tools and technologies to enhance data processing and visualization.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying potential risks in data management processes and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to implement data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • The Data Supervisor will maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes and analytical frameworks for transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting is crucial for this role.
  • Developing automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors is also key.
  • The candidate must ensure compliance with data protection procedures and regulations.
  • Reviewing Data Sharing Agreements with third parties to ensure compliance with relevant regulations is an additional responsibility.
  • Performing other functions as assigned based on business needs is a requirement for this position.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a background in the gambling/gaming industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL commands is necessary.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable.
  • Preferably, the candidate has experience with risk management frameworks.
  • Experience with online gambling software platforms is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of gambling regulations and best practices is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Can start immediately if possible.
