Job Title

We are seeking a proactive and organized Remote Virtual Assistant to support our team in day-to-day administrative tasks. The role will require ad hoc administrative support across other teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Design

    1. Design social media graphics, slides, and course visuals using Canva.
    2. Edit videos for courses and social content.
    3. Create email content, social posts, and course material.
  • Course Management and Development

    1. Set up and manage courses on Kajabi, update content as needed.
    2. Create slides for webinars and courses.
    3. Perform basic LMS management.
  • Project Management and Organization

    1. Track tasks and coordinate with the team using Monday.com.
    2. Manage CRM, automated messaging using GHL (Go High Level).
    3. Develop SOPs and maintain them.
  • Marketing and Client Management

    1. Manage social media by posting and engaging with content.
    2. Set up email marketing campaigns and automate messages.
    3. Provide client support via emails, DMs, and technical assistance.
  • Technical and Administrative Support

    1. Update the website by performing basic updates on Kajabi.
    2. Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
    3. Enter data and format documents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Brief knowledge of data entry and database management.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
