Job Overview

The role of HR Associate is to provide support for the hiring process, encompassing job postings and editing. This part-time opportunity allows you to work from home with a focus on commission-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in talent management by developing, organizing, and managing workforce needs.
  • Support applicants through sourcing efforts, working closely with the Hiring Manager.
  • Contribute to the creation and dissemination of job postings, as well as CV screening and filtering.
Requirements:
  • A senior high school diploma or equivalent is required; college or undergraduate courses are also acceptable.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided free of charge.
  • Familiarity with MS Software and Canva is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
