Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Food Product Development Specialist to join our research and development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, conducting research, and ensuring the quality of our products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on new food products, ingredients, and technologies to improve existing products and develop new ones.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards, conduct regular quality checks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, test results, and product specifications.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology: A bachelor's degree in food technology or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in food product development or research is essential.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of food science principles, culinary techniques, and ingredient functionality; proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment; excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills; strong organizational and time management skills; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work independently and as part of a team; good communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance.
