- Job Offer Contract Management: Manage job offer contracts with candidates.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field, at least 1 year of experience in volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting, and a demonstrable track record in achieving targets. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be service-focused (both external and internal customers), and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
