  • Skills: Excellent English communication, proficiency with virtual training platforms and LMS, leadership, and strategic thinking; sensitive to data and ability to analyze.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus, and ESL/ELT teaching experience to Chinese students is a plus.
