Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging motion graphics, animated videos, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
  • Conceptualize and storyboard animated content with the marketing, design, and product teams to communicate key messages and drive user engagement.
  • Animate existing static design assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements) to create dynamic visual experiences.
  • Edit footage and integrate motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to create polished video content.
  • Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all motion design work adheres to guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Optimize motion graphics and video content for social media, websites, and ad networks with platform-specific requirements.
  • Ensure all animated advertising content complies with advertising guidelines and regulations, especially in iGaming and US sweepstakes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends and software.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine design outputs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  • Industry expertise: at least 1 year of hands-on motion design experience in iGaming, US Sweepstakes Casino, or Social Casino.
  • SaaS motion design experience: creating motion graphics for SaaS products (explainers, UI animations).
  • Software proficiency: expert in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro; strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator; 3D designing skills required.
  • Animation principles: solid understanding of animation timing, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Creativity & attention to detail: high-quality visual content with creative flair.
  • Collaboration & communication: ability to work with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate design rationale.
  • Adaptability: self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: advanced English.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
