About the Role:

The Senior Analyst, Usage Analytics position is a crucial part of our Customer & Growth Organization. This individual will be responsible for developing usage analytics solutions and maintaining existing tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing product usage data to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights.
  • Developing and maintaining usage analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators and suggest improvements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of building interactive dashboards in Power BI with advanced usage of DAX.
  • Expertise in at least one programming language such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience in data modeling, query optimization, and performance monitoring tools.
