Job Description

This role involves overseeing the operation of our boiler plant, ensuring safe and efficient steam generation. As an Energy Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising daily activities, scheduling tasks, and monitoring equipment performance.

Responsibilities

This position entails:

  • Assigning, scheduling, and supervising boiler operations to meet production plans.
  • Relaying instruction/guidance on safe work methods and techniques.
  • Collecting and analyzing data for Boilers Operation Summary: safety compliance, steam generation, fuel consumption, water consumption, boiler parts and auxiliary status, boiler water chemical, target improvement, and environmental compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Professional License in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in boiler operations, with two years of experience in related field required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
