Job Overview: Sales Coordinator Role

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our Pricing department and internal customers by facilitating effective communication regarding our services and pricing coordination. This position involves establishing strong relationships with current and potential customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; suggesting profit and service enhancements.
  2. Foster sales growth by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers.
  3. Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our services and promotions.
  4. Send approved quotes to customers following internal Pricing approval.
  5. Prepare weekly reports as required.
  6. E nsure all customer interactions, including calls, visits, and complaints, are documented with timely closure and valid root causes.
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent field.
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Customer Servicing.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in Sales or Customer Servicing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
