Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and driven individual to manage key financial functions, ensure accuracy, and support business growth.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable and payable processes, performing bank and account reconciliations, conducting cash flow analysis, and supporting financial planning initiatives. A strong background in accounting and finance, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and credit memos.
  • Bank and Account Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Cash Flow Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Support FP&A initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3-5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles. QuickBooks expertise is mandatory, while Stride Retail (Odoo) knowledge is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also required.
