About the Role
The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team at Okada Manila. As a key member of the Front Office department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service, and supporting the Front Office Manager in achieving business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent service recovery.
- Prepare and distribute reports, maintain accurate records, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field; minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Front Office position within a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and other relevant software applications.
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.
