About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test cases, as well as improving existing processes and procedures. They will also be responsible for managing test teams, ensuring that testing is completed on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test cases using tools like Selenium, Appium, and TOSCA
  • Improve existing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage test teams and ensure timely completion of testing
  • Coordinate and monitor testing progression and prepare reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with senior management
  • Extensive experience in test automation and process improvement
  • Experience in providing test estimations and assessments

Additional Information:

The successful candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies, UI/API testing, and defect management.
