Remote Financial Operations SpecialistThis is a job opportunity to manage day-to-day financial operations, including expenses, accounting software, invoicing, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
About the Role- Record and manage daily expenses, including sales entries
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), with an AP-focused workload
- Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices
- Utilize accounting tools including QuickBooks, MS 365, and POS systems
- Collaborate with clients to provide financial insights and timely updates
