As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients operate and scale different parts of their growing businesses. Your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, requiring you to be a general problem solver, collaborating with different teams at our client company and assisting them with various projects.

  • Project Management: You will oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Newsletters and Blogging: You will create engaging content for newsletters and blogs to showcase our clients' products or services and build their brand presence.
  • Marketing Collaterals Management: You will develop and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters to promote our clients' offerings.
  • Brand Layout and Conceptualization: You will work on designing and developing brand identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography, to create a consistent visual image for our clients.
  • Email Marketing: You will craft and send targeted email campaigns to customers and prospects to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Lead Generation: You will identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
  • Website Management: You will update and maintain websites to ensure they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our clients' goals.
  • Client and Vendor Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and satisfaction.
  • Social Media Marketing: You will develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, build brand awareness, and drive website traffic.

Requirements
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Skilled in the use of apps and technology
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time)
