This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic full-service creative and production agency that specializes in crafting compelling brand identities and integrating them with powerful marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, translating storyboards into effective motion graphics, and adding life to static designs using kinetic typography and transitions. They will also work on visual effects integration, project management, and creative research and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content
  • Translate storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics
  • Add life to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed
  • Enhance videos with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects to elevate narrative engagement
  • Work with pre-created assets to add motion and animation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Communicate proactively with the team regarding progress, challenges, and deadlines
  • Adapt to last-minute changes and incorporate client/internal feedback seamlessly

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of motion design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography)
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to take feedback, and implement revisions efficiently
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Positive, humble, and collaborative team player with a solutions-based mindset
