Job Opportunity for Software Engineer

This is a chance to work as a software engineer on a human resources talent application. As an associate software engineer, you will be responsible for coding, analysis, and troubleshooting issues. You will also conduct code reviews, participate in daily scrum meetings, and maintain existing product modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain products while following SDLC processes and coding standards.
  • Perform system administration and performance troubleshooting in development and customer environments.
  • Provide product release support.
  • Maintain and enhance existing product modules.
  • Prepare program documentation of product components.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  2. Ability to develop and interpret technical plans or designs.
  3. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and PC skills.
  4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Willingness to learn and work with proprietary programming languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Team player.
  • Able to complete self-paced trainings under minimal supervision.
  • Can work with pressure and within tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
