We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Automation Expert to lead our cloud infrastructure strategy and drive technical projects forward. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud architecture and driving business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing JIRA project configurations, providing support for Confluence, and implementing high-impact automations across departments. They will also identify and deliver new automation initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide post-migration support and administration of SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage JIRA project configurations including schemes, permissions, notifications, custom fields, and issue types.
  • Provide support for Confluence, offering best practices and guidance where necessary.
  • Implement high-impact automations across departments, leading to measurable improvements in turnaround time and process reliability.
  • Identify and deliver new automation initiatives in line with emerging business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to scope, build, and refine automated workflows.
  • Gather and refine workflow requirements through direct user engagement.
  • Post-migration support and administration of JIRA and Confluence SaaS platforms.
Requirements:
  • Strong Jira experience covering migration, design, and administration of all aspects of the service.
  • Strong Confluence experience covering migration, design, and administration of all aspects of the service.
  • Proficiency in programming, with a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining custom solutions.
  • Good collaboration & communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS including migrations, cloud automation, security best practices, and architectural design.
