About the Role

This role involves working closely with the account executive from briefing to production stage of social media campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for client-facing support, ensuring the quality of production from creators involved, and maintaining rapport with creators to create smooth ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage influencer/creator projects through daily internal and external coordinations to meet project timelines.
  • Work closely with the account executive from briefing to production stage of social media campaigns.
  • Client facing support to be activated as needed.
  • Ensure the quality of production from creators involved, ensuring that the campaign objectives are met.
  • Maintain rapport with creators to create smooth ways of working.

The Digital Campaign Coordinator will also be responsible for preparing analysis and recommendation for campaign production as needed in monthly business reports, monitoring campaign publishing, and ensuring timely transactions with creators with the accounts and finance team, and preparing and accomplishing administrative tasks properly and timely.
