**Project Director Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our construction projects from conceptualization to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement project plans and strategies.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects.
  • Manage site operations to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs and resources.

**Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil).
  • Preferably from an AAA construction company.
  • At least 5 years or more of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in structural, architectural, and horizontal construction.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate team members.
