We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our clients in the management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, servers, networks, and software applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular backups, data integrity checks, and disaster recovery measures to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with industry-specific compliance and security standards.
Desirable Skills and Experience

Must-haves:

  • Experience in CISCO Unified Communications Manager.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications-specific systems and protocols.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure tailored for telecommunications.
