The Growth Marketing Manager is a pivotal role in launching and scaling high-growth coaching brands. This senior-level position requires an entrepreneurial individual who can effectively manage projects and drive marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy & Execution
    • Develop, implement, and optimize a multi-platform content calendar to maximize reach and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
    • Create engaging long-form and short-form video content, including scripting, editing, and repurposing using AI tools to enhance performance.
    • Apply AI-powered enhancements (captions, copywriting, automation tools) to elevate content effectiveness.
    • Analyze and track content performance consistently across channels.
  • Project Management & Growth Optimization
    • Utilize project management tools like Notion, Trello, or ClickUp to coordinate workflows, timelines, and deliverables for efficient task execution.
    • Design and implement scalable systems: ensuring seamless campaign and launch execution with high-quality results.
    • Craft product launches, campaigns, and coaching program funnels from top-of-funnel engagement to conversion.
    • Maintain error-free execution (on-time posts, met deadlines, precise details).
  • Marketing & Funnel Development
    • Establish and manage lead funnels, transitioning social media leads into email databases and sales pipelines.
    • Support email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and CRM management.
    • Monitor KPIs: followers, engagement, leads, client conversions, and suggest strategies to improve growth.
    • Research and apply best practices used by top coaching/influencer brands.
  • Ai-Powered Efficiency
    • Act as the team's AI power user: identify, test, and implement the most effective AI tools for content, editing, automation, and client engagement.
    • Stay current on emerging AI tools to enhance efficiency and output.
