You will assist employees during consultations and medical examinations, oversee employee HMO coverage and benefits, manage the filing of government-mandated health benefits, plan and organize employees' annual physical examinations, validate employees' medical certificates, and prepare assessment reports related to employee health concerns and illnesses.

A successful candidate will possess a Graduate degree in BS Nursing with a valid PRC license, familiarity with DOLE-mandated compliance and regulations, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (oral and written), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver emergency treatment within the workplace and ensure immediate care.
  • Provide assistance to employees during consultations and medical examinations.
  • Oversee and monitor employee HMO coverage and benefits.
  • Manage the filing of government-mandated health benefits like SSS Sickness.
  • Plan and organize employees' annual physical examinations.
  • Validate employees' medical certificates and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Prepare assessment reports related to employee health concerns and illnesses.
  • Accompany employees during emergency situations and manage hospital transfers if needed.
