Job Description
">The Senior Ar Director is responsible for overseeing the revenue cycle management process for multiple regions and markets. This includes reporting of variances per region and the development of work plans to address shortfalls.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of healthcare A/R, collections, insurance, government programs, and appeals, including Compliance Regulations and Guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Advanced knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and/or hospital-based operations related to the revenue cycle
