Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor and track project progress against the plan, identifying potential delays or issues and advising internal stakeholders accordingly.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide administrative support to the Construction Manager, handling tasks like scheduling meetings, organizing paperwork, and preparing presentations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferably Registered Electrical Engineer, ECE, IE, CE).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in project management software and construction tools, with experience in AutoCAD Intermediate (2D/3D).
