Job Title

The primary objective of this role is to guarantee seamless client integration into our systems while maintaining full compliance with tax, bookkeeping, and licensing requirements.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and compliance-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and properly documented.
  • Design, maintain, and enhance automations within our systems to optimize workflows.
  • Add new clients to our systems, assign staff, and monitor task completion effectively.
  • Ensure timely completion of deadlines and efficient tracking of compliance tasks.
  • Train staff on system features, updates, and best practices to improve performance.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documents in a timely manner.
  • Notify relevant teams of new clients and updates to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to determine system setup and communicate with relevant departments.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide regular check-in calls to maintain strong relationships.
  • Facilitate coordination between clients, staff, and relevant departments to resolve questions and gather necessary documents.
