Product Experience Specialist

The Product Experience Specialist will take their expertise in user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences — from concept to execution. You'll work with other designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use.

As a hands-on individual contributor role, you will take ownership of crafting the experience of a number of products for merchants – thinking about the entire customer journey and every interaction whether it's on- or off-screen.

Key qualifications include:

  • Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication Design, Motion Design, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 3 years' experience in designing digital products and services
  • Experience in launching large scale products
  • Track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams on technical implementation
  • Fluency with visual storytelling and other communication tools that enable persuasive communication of findings to a non-technical audience
  • Experience in implementing design systems is a plus
  • Experience in digital banking, digital payments and financial services is a plus
  • Experience in designing for B2B, SaaS or enterprise software is a plus
  • Experience in accessibility is a plus.

Providing a portfolio with case studies that can highlight who you are as a designer, how you think and work, and your skills is essential. Portfolios that only include screenshots of the final output will not be considered.
