The Role- Prepare and submit accurate sales tax filings to ensure data integrity and meet monthly deadlines.
- Monitor tax collection variances, track differences between collected tax and liability, and resolve issues with clients in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance with critical tasks such as responding to tax authority notices and helping clients file current returns.
- Contribute to special client projects including late/amended returns, audits, and updating state information to improve workflows and tools used by the team.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout all services and requests.
This position requires high-speed, reliable internet access at home and preferably candidates located in Luzon, Cebu City, Davao City, or Iloilo City. We strive to create a work environment that is collaborative, respectful, and supportive of our employees' growth and well-being.
