Job Description:
Jamon Cutter Position at Primover Consultancy Services Inc.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Jamon Cutter at Primover Consultancy Services Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our jamon products through rigorous checks and inspections.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily quality checks on jamon products using sight, smell, and taste to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Monitor weekly jamon storage to prevent spoilage and maintain optimal storage conditions.
• Keep track of daily stock levels in the main chiller and ensure that we have enough supplies to meet customer demand.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues with machinery in the production area, working closely with the operations team to find solutions.
• Ensure accurate identification and usage of jamon products in production, maintaining our first-in-first-out inventory system.
• Maintain accurate records of item usage in production, including updates to our ledger system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices for using jamon machinery, including slicers, bone cutters, vacuum machines, deboning tables, weighing scales, and price tag machines.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks for knives, jamon machinery, and the jamon operation room to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitor and maintain stocks of jamon legs, deboned pieces, cold-cut pieces, jamon packs, and cold-cut packs, as well as vacuum packs, to ensure we always have what we need.
• Update our kitchen chart daily with tasting and plate information, ensuring we're always aware of what's available and what's in demand.
• Collaborate with the events coordinator and operations team to coordinate event details and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:
• College graduate in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of work experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a Spanish restaurant setting.
• Must be passionate about delivering excellent service and possess superior people skills.
• Availability to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to transfer knowledge to clients and new employees.
• Preference for food handler certification and culinary training.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Tagalog and English, as well as proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to learn about jamon products regardless of prior experience.
• Ability to start immediately is a must.
