Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a detail-oriented data professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to excel in our Data Analytics team.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Perform in-depth data analysis using advanced techniques and tools such as Zoho Analytics and SQL to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain robust data models and databases, ensuring seamless data integration and effective decision-making.
  • Generate actionable reports and dashboards to visualize data insights, facilitating informed business choices.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data, driving strategic growth and improvement.
• Data Collection and Management:
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining CRM systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data capture.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the CRM, guaranteeing high-quality data for analysis.
  • Develop and implement efficient data collection processes, minimizing errors and maximizing data quality.
  • Conduct thorough data cleaning and validation, ensuring pristine data for analysis and reporting.
• Programming and Data Modeling:
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.

• CRM Support:

  Requirements:
