Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of retail marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure brand consistency across all retail channels and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies.

This role involves developing and executing retail marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns to support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative, and product development teams to align marketing efforts with retail strategies.
  • Manage retail marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives across different retail partners.
  • Work with the sales team to align on marketing budgets, influencer budgets, events, and activations.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as wholesale catalogs, brochures, and creatives.
  • Track and analyze retail marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or a related field (experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
