Job Description

The Brand Amplification Specialist will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with influencers and content creators to drive brand growth and engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop data-driven strategies that align with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Influencer Partnership Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators, ensuring successful collaborations and engagements.
  • Manage influencer commissions, including tracking performance, processing payments, and resolving any related issues.
Affiliate Program Development:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies for the affiliate program.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to affiliates, addressing their inquiries and helping them maximize their impact.
Campaign Implementation:
  • Coordinate with influencers to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Data Insights:
  • Track and report on key metrics related to influencer performance and affiliate program success.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with overall brand strategies and objectives.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and content for influencer campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate program management, or a related role.
  • Strong ability to identify and engage influencers and content creators.
  • Experience managing commissions and performance tracking for influencers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle large-scale outreach efforts.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
