IT Strategist

This leadership position oversees the organization's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role involves managing IT operations, infrastructure, and security.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement technology strategies that support business objectives.
• Oversee all technology operations, policies, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Empower and train direct reports to manage systems and tasks independently, leading up to 8 direct reports (plus their teams).
• Communicate clearly with senior executives, non-technical stakeholders, and team members to ensure alignment and effective delegation.
• Anticipate conflicts, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively to drive performance and results.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• At least 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring IT teams.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management.
