Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and align with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques to maintain project momentum.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive project success.
  • Liaise with business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Facilitate meetings, provide regular status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during project execution, applying best practices for IT project management to minimize risks.
  • Define and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
  • Allocate resources effectively, balancing project demands and business priorities to maximize project value.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements, tracking project performance and providing detailed reports on project status, risks, and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in IT project management or a related field, demonstrating expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and cloud computing, with proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
