Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled After-Sales Service Manager to lead our service strategy and team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, refrigeration, or electrical engineering and at least 6 years of professional experience, with 4 years in a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee equipment installations and after-sales service contracts to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer complaints effectively and implement solutions to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and control service and warranty costs to optimize resources and minimize losses.
- Build and manage a reliable after-sales service network and spare parts inventory system to support business growth.
- Provide technical support and training to service providers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Prepare detailed reports on service performance and warranty costs to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 6 years of professional working experience, with 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading projects and managing equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment installation and maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
