Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager, you will ensure timely and quality hires by developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a RPO environment. Additionally, they must have at least 2 years of leadership experience and expertise in sourcing strategies across various channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a RPO environment
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies across various channels

Additional Information

This position will be working onsite with our team, and the working set-up is from Mondays to Fridays. The offered salary range is PHP 50,000-70,000, and the ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in recruitment.
