  • Transition & Knowledge Transfer
    • Collaborate with outgoing colleagues to understand existing application architecture and workflows.
    • Document processes and system configurations to ensure knowledge continuity.
    • Provide support during transitions to minimize disruption.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting
    • Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Wix platform and integrations.
    • Monitor application performance and recommend improvements or updates as needed.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with internal teams to understand evolving requirements.
    • Communicate progress and challenges clearly and proactively.
