About This Opportunity

Your primary goal will be to provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing, and available properties in the local area, helping clients navigate complex transactions while maintaining strong relationships with past clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Handle the administrative aspects of the real estate process, including maintaining records of transactions and client communications, using real estate software and CRM tools to track leads, manage appointments, and follow up with clients.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with past clients, generating referrals and repeat business while providing exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is beneficial.
  • Licensing: A valid real estate license is essential, including passing exams and completing required continuing education.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and market research skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
