Job Description

The Senior Finance Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the overall management and supervision of the accounting department. This includes developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for upper management, and ensuring timely compliance with tax laws and other external government agency requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain internal control by developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
  • Handle regular transactions and debts, conduct cash flow analysis, and assess current practices and procedures for efficiency improvements
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting staff responsible for financial reporting, billing, and collection
  • Recruit, hire, and conduct regular performance evaluations for accounting staff
  • Develop staff by managing performance, goal setting, training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy is required
  • Certified Public Accountant is an advantage
  • At least 5 years progressive experience in a supervisory role in different areas of Accounting and Finance
  • Thorough knowledge of Philippine GAAP and IFRS
