About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Online Business Advocate to join our team, responsible for supporting our APAC region. As a critical member of our sales team, you will play a key role in communicating with buyers who have registered interest in specific deals.

Your primary responsibility will be to:

  1. Contact each buyer for an assigned set of deals.
  2. Triage buyers to ascertain their level of interest in the business listed on Flippa's marketplace.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the world of digital real estate and the motivations behind our customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with Flippa's buyer community.
  • Collaborate with our teams to drive customer advocacy, referrals, and a positive NPS.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as an outbound telemarketer in a complex sale environment (enterprise or B2B SaaS). You should have a strong customer-centric mindset, with a focus on creating repeatable, positive experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of comfort interacting with customers/buyers at all levels.
