Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage listings to ensure listing health issues are surfaced and addressed effectively.
  • Work with external partners to understand the root causes of listing health issues and ensure products are relisted efficiently.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to acquire approved content, including images and videos.
  • Troubleshoot issues encountered when publishing content and communicate effectively among involved parties.
  • Manage timelines for seasonal content.
  • Oversee the management of product catalogs on these marketplaces.
  • Work with channel managers to update product attributes, categories, and create variations.
  • Ensure all product information is accurate and current, with correct categorization for optimal search and browsing.
  • Create product variations to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize listings and pricing.
  • Handle listing issues, including suppressed listings and content errors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry guidelines, optimizing for visibility and mitigating risks.
  • Use project management tools to prioritize tasks and update progress.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure listings are active and accurate, monitor account health, and resolve issues.
