The Operations Coordinator role is a dynamic position at INTERBIZ CONSULTING GROUP, INC. that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

About the Role:

  • As an Operations Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for various government agencies, private entities, and offices to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • You will liaise with government institutions and organizations to obtain necessary permits for clients.
  • Your responsibilities will include processing government permits and licenses related to business registration, building permits, occupancy permits, and other relevant documents.
  • You will maintain up-to-date records and ensure timely renewal of permits.
  • Additionally, you will monitor and update the company on the status of applications for business registrations, visas, and other permits and licenses.
  • Responsibilities also include responding to queries and complaints from clients and stakeholders.
  • You will perform administrative tasks such as documentation, printing, scanning, and filing.
  • As needed, you may be assigned to assist in other areas or functions within the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Familiarity with document processing procedures for business registration (SEC, LGU, BIR, DTI), DOLE, building permits, occupancy permits, and other relevant documents is essential.
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience related to business operations is required.
  • Possessing a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates should be willing to conduct fieldwork.
  • Key skills include good organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, time management, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability.

Salary: $30,000 - $50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
