Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at Glacier Integrated Logistics, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure effective sales of logistical cold chain solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of contracts and Service Level Agreements.
- Manage collections from existing accounts.
- Source external warehouses for lease nationwide as required by potential clients.
- Research and gather sales leads, competitor information, and contracts to inform customer proposals.
- Contribute to budget planning and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Lead the sales team by setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and conducting regular reviews.
