About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Expert. As a key member of our Licensing Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our licensing operations and regulatory compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the operational management of the Licensing Services, ensuring that resources are used effectively to address priority issues and achieve performance and quality standards targets.
  • To implement service strategies that align with the requirements, best practices, and organizational change as directed by the General Manager.
  • To assist in the formulation and review of relevant policy and compliance protocols, and develop monitoring procedures to ensure compliance.
  • To develop performance management systems as directed by the General Manager and establish protocols designed to deliver continuous service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in licensing operations, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines for license renewals.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data management.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications for record-keeping and reporting.
