Architectural Design Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in rendering, construction documentation, and detailing to join our team as an Architectural Designer.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural designs and construction documentation using Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software.
  • Create detailed renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate design implementation and adherence to project specifications.
  • Review and refine architectural plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Twinmotion software.
  • A strong understanding of construction methods and building systems.
  • Excellent rendering and visualization skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience with sustainable design practices.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
