The Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Financial Transactions Coordinator to join their team. As a key function in addressing our business partners' transactions with the company, this role reports directly to the Manager handling payments of goods and services necessary for the basic operations of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, spreadsheets, and various files.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all invoices for proper documentation and approval prior to payment processing.
  • Ensure timely updates of the ERP module.
  • Respond promptly to vendor inquiries whenever applicable.
  • Assist in monthly financial closing procedures.
Requirements
  • A degree in BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field is required.
