As a Professional Event Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic event planning and execution. Your expertise will help us create memorable experiences for our clients, enhancing their perception of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine event costs and prepare budgetary recommendations.
- Negotiate agreements with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to ensure lowest cost and highest quality of service.
- Work closely with internal and external event planning committees and client groups to define event goals, objectives, and specific implementation plans that promote the organization's brand.

- Supervises, directs, and coordinates the activities of personnel, subcontractors, and vendors as required to successfully executed all aspects of the event on the scheduled delivery day.
- Performs tasks related to the planning, monitoring, and supervision of events.
- Provides post-event analysis, budget recaps, and participant feedback and incorporate learning into future plans.
- Reviews and facilitates payments for event-related suppliers.
- Oversee event budgets, timelines, ordering, and logistics.
